Toshin Development Co., Ltd. was established in 1963 within the Takashimaya Group as a commercial developer in order to develop the first full-scale suburban shopping center (SC) in Japan. Since the opening of Tamagawa Takashimaya S・C in 1969, we have expanded our business nationwide and worldwide. Furthermore, we undertake various kinds of development and operations with SCs as core businesses.
