Regarding our primary area of business, shopping centers (SC), we have multiple core department store SC with Takashimaya as a key tenant, and have also helped to further development the regions of Fatakotamagawa and Nagareyama. New areas of business domestically in Japan include the development of non-commerce facilities, such as offices and residential housing, seeking to further enhance the value of the cities in which they are located. Regarding our overseas endeavors, we are making use of our group presence in Singapore and Vietnam to further expand our business.

Post COVID-19, lifestyles and values have seen further changes, with the functions desired from a city also becoming more diversified.     After beginning operations in Singapore, we have also been focusing on our business in Vietnam, which is currently a growth market. Using the knowledge we have nurtured from the Singapore Takashimaya SC and the business with Vietnam's SAIGON CENTRE, and our group presence in the region as a base, we will continue to expand our activities as a comprehensive developer in the ASEAN region.
