Adjacent to Shinjuku Station, one of the world's largest terminals, and serving as a landmark at the South Exit, we will celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2026. As an urban shopping center featuring one of the largest restaurant parks in the area and large specialty stores, we attract over 16 million visitors annually, including guests from overseas. We will continue to evolve as a facility that meets the needs of a wide commercial area.
On the 7th floor of the South Building, Takashimaya and the Kinokuniya Bookstore collaborate to offer the Kinokuniya Southern Theater Takashimaya. Aiming to be a theater strongly rooted in the community, a theater where people can enjoy a fusion of cultures, and a community theater for people to enjoy together, it's a place that provides visitors to the city with a new cultural experience.
