The Dewey Schools (Hanoi)

In 2021, in collaboration with Edufit, a leading local educational operator, we invested in a school real estate company and opened The Dewey Schools Tay Ho Tay — a high-quality educational facility serving Hanoi's affluent community. In this project, we leverage the real estate development expertise we have cultivated both in Japan and overseas to the development and leasing of educational facilities. In 2024, we opened our second campus, The Dewey Schools Ocean Park, within Vinhomes Ocean Park, a large-scale township development in the eastern area of Hanoi. Through this joint venture, we are promoting the expansion of multiple educational facilities — a sector that is experiencing strong growth in Vietnam.
