A value-boosted project located in the heart of Hanoi
Located in the Quận Cầu Giấy region of Hanoi, an area seeing significant development as the heart of the city, we acquired the Indochina Plaza Hanoi in a joint venture with Shimizu Corporation Ltd. in 2019, for operation as a complex including retail, office, and residential housing spaces. In 2023, we sought to boost the value of the facility by further renovating the retail spaces, and it was reborn as The LOOP by Takashimaya Group.
During the renovations, we applied all of the knowledge our company has accrued in the past to completely review the facility MD, touching upon everything from attracting anchor tenants to traffic flow and store zoning that takes into account the corridor-based format of the facility. We also added new members to our onsite staff running the facility, working to enhance our facility operation knowhow on the ground in Vietnam while further increasing efficiency.
