Advancement of mixed development through an alliance with a local corporation
Lancaster are luxury housing properties in multiple locations, coming from the company TTG that has much experience with high-end housing development Vietnam. It is also a brand that's widely known across the country. This particular property is located in an area that connects the eastern center of the city, Quận Ba Đình, with the western center, Quận Cầu Giấy. As the region offers excellent vehicle access, we also anticipate foreign-affiliated companies moving into the area, and so operate the facility as a residential complex that includes retail and office spaces.
The project is divided into two phases: the residential development phase and the commercial and office development phase. In the initial residential development phase, TTG demonstrates its strengths in the housing business.
